To place an order simply navigate though ChelseyMinx.com.  By clicking the 'Add to Cart' button you will be putting items into your 'Shopping Bag'. Using a Coupon

If you've received a coupon from Chelsey Minx or a Chelsey Minx affiliate, you can enter this coupon during checkout.  To do so, type your coupon(s) into the "Discount Code or Gift Certificate PIN" field of the Payment Screen during check out.  Once entered, you will receive a confirmation that your coupon and its discount has been applied.  Repeat this process if you have multiple coupons that are valid for the order. 

Gift Options

Chelsey Minx is happy to offer Gift Certificates, available on our 'Accessories' page.  Please review the details of each Gift Certificate on the corresponding page when shopping.  Once purchased and your order has been processed, you will receive and email with a unique code.  This code is to used just as a coupon is used.  See Using a Coupon above for more information.

Back Order Policy

Chelsey Minx's policy is to maintain deep inventory on all products we carry on our site. However, we occasionally run short of an item in a certain size and may take 1 to 2 weeks to replenish. If a size of an item is shown to be “out-of-stock”, we encourage you to check back often as we are constantly stocking our shelves.

While it's the exception, if an item you ordered is backordered, we will hold your order until the backordered item is received in stock. We will send you an email alerting you that an item in your order is backordered and give an estimated date of shipment. Your order will be shipped by the same method selected at the time of original order. If you wish to change your shipping method, please send us an email indicating your preferred method.

Upon notification that your order is backordered, you may instruct us ship items that are in-stock and ship the remaining balance once those items are available. However, you will be charged the additional shipping of sending the backordered items.

Payment Options

We will not charge your credit card until your items shipped (except for special order items).

We are unable to accept checks, cash, or credit vouchers. Chelsey Minx accepts the following credit cards:

• American Express

If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Note that we cannot authorize your card unless the billing address on file with your credit card company matches exactly to the billing address supplied to Chelsey Minx. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.

Sales Tax

At present, Chelsey Minx collects sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of California. Please note that on-screen order totals reflect estimated tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable state and local taxes calculated at the time your order is shipped.
