FAQ

Q: Do you offer discrete shipping?
A: Yes we do. All orders come in a plain brown box with no markings or company logo. The return address is simply stated as CM Distribution.

Q: All the lingerie items or all the micro thongs are missing from my order. Where are they?
A: Most of our lingerie items are shipped from our East Coast warehouse. Our micro thongs are shipped from our West Coast warehouse. If you did not receive two tracking numbers please contact our customer care department at customercare@chelseyminx.com

Q: What size micro thongs should I order?
A: Our micro thongs run true-to-size, meaning that they are not super huge like other company's one size fits all lingerie. All micro thongs are made to wear across the hips so if you have small to average sized hips then you'd order S/M. If you have larger or more curvaceous hips then you should order M/L.

Q: When should I expect to receive my order?
A: All orders are shipped the next business day. If you choose UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail it can take up to five business days. If you choose 2nd day and order on a Monday your order will be shipped on Tuesday and delivered on Thursday. Please note that 2nd and Next day shipments are not delivered on weekends.
