Your Order Status Checking
the status of your order is easy at Chelsey Minx. We will send
you an email confirmation of your order after checking out that
includes an order number. You can always check the current status
of your order by visiting Chelsey Minx online and signing in to
your account by entering the username and password you gave when
placing your order. (If you've forgotten your password, see the
instructions in this section on how to retrieve your lost password.)
Upon signing in, you will be presented with the “Account Information”
page, which features information about your current and previous
orders placed with Chelsey Minx. The current status of your order
will be located on this screen. Click
HERE to Login to your account now.
Please note we set up your account based on the billing email
address you provide at the time of your order. If you've made
multiple purchases with Chelsey Minx and used different billing
email addresses, you will have an account for each email address
provided.
Tracking
Your Shipment
Once you order has shipped, a link
will be posted in your account page online that allows you to
see detailed tracking information on your shipment. You will also
receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped that
includes your tracking number (for domestic orders only). Please
note that it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears
on the carrier's web site. Regular orders are shipped out by Standard
Delivery (ground) and typically take 3-10 business days. If you're
concerned your shipment is late, please note the following before
replying to customer service:
- Credit card authorization and
verification must be received prior to processing.
- Express orders placed after
11AM PST won't be processed until the next day.
- Delivery occurs Monday through
Friday, excluding holidays.
- United States Postal Service
offers standard delivery Monday through Saturday.
Setting
Up Your Account
When ordering with Chelsey Minx
and proceeding to checkout, we ask that you register and provide
account information such as shipping and billing addresses in
order to process your order. During checkout, you may elect to
proceed as a “Guest Shopper” or “Register” with Chelsey Minx by
providing a username and password.
As a “Guest Shopper”, we will not store your account information
and simply process your current order. However, you must still
provide billing, shipping, and payment information during checkout.
If you do not register and proceed as a “Guest Shopper”, you will
not be able to retrieve real-time account information and shipping
status online.
When you “Register” and create your account with Chelsey Minx,
we'll remember your information so that shopping with Chelsey
Minx is a breeze. To become a “Registered” user, simply provide
a username and password when first setting up your account (Please
note usernames and passwords are case-sensitive and must be longer
than 5 alphanumeric digits). As a “Registered” user, you'll be
able to check your current and past orders and account information
online. You can always edit your account information by signing
in to your account page.
Returns
and Exchanges
Chelsey Minx is proud of its return
policy and stands behind its merchandise. If you are not happy
with your purchase, for any reason, please return it to us within
30 days of the date of purchase. Please consult the specific return
instructions for all Special order or Drop-Shipped items. Only
unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned. Refunds
will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid
or a merchandise exchange. Please insure the contents of the package
you are returning for full retail value and keep all shipping
receipts, as we can not be responsible for returned merchandise
lost in transit. Chelsey Minx will only refund the return shipping
charges (up to the Standard Delivery rates for returned items)
if the return is a result of our error. All returns/exchanges
will be shipped back to you at our expense using Standard Delivery.
Credits are processed when we receive the returned merchandise.
Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to
appear on your credit card statement.
Gifts may be exchanged for the same item or store credit in the
amount of the original purchase. Gifts cannot be returned for
cash. Gift wrapping charges and the shipping charges are not refundable.
Follow these simple steps to make a return or exchange:
- Verify that your item(s) meet
our Return Policy.
- Go to our
Returns/Exchanges web page by clicking
here or email to
customercare@chelseyminx.com
and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number, or “RA”
number.
- Fill in the Returns form that
was included with in your package. On the form, you will be
able to indicate whether you would like to return the item(s)
for credit, or make an exchange. Please circle one of the reasons
for your return/exchange.
- Enclose the packing slip in
your package.
- Use the return label attached
to your packing slip.
Items returned must be
accompanied by the original packaging and must be in the same
condition that they were received. All returns will be inspected
prior to a credit being issued. International customers are
responsible for any additional duties, taxes brokerage, and
insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped
internationally. If a shipment is refused for any reason, the
purchaser will be charged for the return shipping expenses as
well. We recommend that you fully insure any item(s) that you
return just to be safe. |
